1. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account.
2. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service — no reverse engineering, scraping at scale, or attempting to disrupt other users.
3. Cashly Gold
Optional paid subscription with additional features. You can cancel any time; access continues through the end of your billing period.
4. Financial information is not advice
Cashly provides tools and AI-generated insights based on your data. It is not a licensed financial advisor.
5. Warranty & liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cashly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
